1. Information we collect

• Account information such as name, email address, phone number, and country.
• Task submissions, completion results, package tier, wallet, and referral records.
• Payment references, amount, status, destination number, and reconciliation records.
• Security, audit, support, device, and basic server-log information.

2. How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts, provide tasks, verify payments, calculate earnings, review withdrawals, prevent fraud, provide support, maintain audit records, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Payment and email providers

Paystack processes M-Pesa package payments and receives a merchant-controlled payment alias based on the Outliier account ID, the M-Pesa number, and the transaction information required to verify payment. The customer's registered Outliier email is not sent in the package-charge request. Brevo delivers transactional account and security emails. These providers process data under their own legal and security obligations. Outliier never stores an M-Pesa PIN.

4. Sharing and international processing

We share personal data only with service providers needed to operate the platform, when you direct us to, or when lawfully required. Some providers may process data outside Kenya using appropriate contractual and security safeguards.

5. Retention and security

We retain account and transaction records for operational, dispute, fraud-prevention, tax, and legal purposes. We use access controls, encrypted connections, password hashing, server-side payment verification, and audit records, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

6. Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal data and may object to or restrict certain processing where applicable. Financial and security records may need to be retained by law.
